The CEO and COO of Dirty 1st Management are Flatbush vets—born and raised in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn, known as “Little Caribbean.” Surrounded by Caribbean culture and the evolving sounds of music from the ’70s to today, they developed a deep, eclectic love for music that shapes our approach.
